1. General Terms
These General Terms and Conditions determine the purchase of gift cards by provider Turistične storitve, Irina Cerar, s.p., Ramovševa ulica 41, 1000 Ljubljana on the website: www.irinacerar.si.
Terms and conditions determine the rights and obligations of the buyer and the provider and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
Gift voucher is a document issued by the provider in the form of a pdf document. The gift voucher is issued after the buyers payment. Guided tour is a service offered by the provider. Buyer is the person who pays the value of the gift voucher or guided tour. The provider enables the buyer to see the offer, prices and services that are subject of gift cards and guided tours prior to the purchase.
Gift vouchers are transferable and redeemable for the services offered by the provider. The buyer receives a confirmation of purchase (of a guided tour or a gift voucher) to their e-mail address. Online sale is available 24 hours a day. The provider reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and it should be noted that the buyers purchase is governed by the terms and conditions in force on the day of the purchase.
2. Order
The offer of gift vouchers and guided tours, their value (price) is available on the website: www.irinacerar.si.
When placing an order, the buyer is reminded of the general terms and conditions of online sale of gift vouchers and guided tours. By confirming purchase of the gift voucher/guided tour, the buyer agrees that they are fully acquainted with the provisions of these general terms and conditions and they fully accept and confirm them.
The buyer sends the order via the website: irinacerar.si or via email to: info@irinacerar.si.
The buyer provides the following information:
- name & surname, address
- email address
- contact number (phone or mobile)
3. Values of gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available in the following values for guided tours in English:
- 80 EUR
Gift vouchers Irina Cerar s.p. do not exist in other values for guided tours in English and cannot be bought or redeemed. They are intended for the guided tours (provider`s services) found on the following website: www.irinacear.si
4. Payment & Delivery
After the buyer has placed the order, the provider will issue the invoice and mail it to the buyers email address. After the payment is completed, the provider will email confirmation of payment for guided tour / the gift voucher in pdf format together with the confirmation of payment to the buyers email address.
5. Liability, Cancellation & Replacement
The provider is not responsible if the buyer does not accept the ordered gift voucher received in pdf format to their email address.
Provider is not responsible if the buyer loses, destroys, damages or disables the use of the gift voucher. The gift voucher is valid 1 year after issue date. Pre-booking is required to use the service on the gift voucher via info@irinacerar.si or +386 31 813 407. The holder of the gift voucher must present the voucher (in physical or electronic form) at the commencement of the provider`s service.
Exchange of the gift voucher for money/cash is not possible. By agreement, it is exceptionally possible to extend the validity of the gift voucher. Replacement in case of loss, damage or destruction is not possible. In these cases the buyer is not entitled to a refund of any kind. The gift voucher can only be redeemed in full and can only be used once. The gift voucher holder may transfer the gift voucher to a third party without restriction. The transfer is made by handing over the gift voucher. The new holder acquires all the rights of the previous holder.
The gift card is valid within the information written on the card:
- Identification number
- Service for which the gift voucher has been issued
- Validity and redeemability

he buyer of the guided tour and provider set a date, time and meeting place of the service.
The buyer has the right to inform the provider within 7 days of receiving the ordered gift voucher/confirmation of payment for a guided tour that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for their decision (this applies only to physical persons who receive the gift card outside their gainful activity).
The buyer must return the gift voucher to the provider no later than 7 days after the notification of withdrawal from the order. The cost of returning the gift voucher /monies for guided tour is borne by the buyer. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the provider of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal written statement, sent to the provider via email or regular mail.
6. Personal data protection
Provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of all personal data of the user of the site www.irinacerar.si.
Seller will use personal data exclusively for the purpose for which they were collected for or provided by the buyer and for the purpose to improve the use of the website. We will not use personal data and contact information for other purposes and we will not disclose them to third parties without the explicit permission of the user of the website, unless required to do so by law. We will do our best to protect the data of website users from any violations and abuses.
All data provided by the buyer will be the exclusive property of the provider and protected in accordance with the legislation defining the protection of personal data. They will only be used with the consent of the buyer and in such a way that that the seller can ensure a smooth purchase process. At the customer`s request, they will also be used to provide notifications, offers, news.
7. Miscellaneous
For all complaints, order cancellations, grievances and additional information about ordering and purchasing, the buyer can contact the provider via email (info@irinacerar.si) or phone (+386 31 813 407).
The seller, in accordance with paragraph 3, Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, states that it does not recognize any IRPS contractors as competent for resolving consumer disputes that would arise in online sales procedures under these General Terms and Conditions.
The proof of purchase (receipt), received by the customer by email, is not valid instead of the gift voucher and the customer cannot use it to claim the paid service. The customer must submit the gift voucher received by email in pdf format (in electronic or physical form).
